'Client' means the organisation, person, business or a company who purchases services from iKraft Limited. (Website Maintenance Company .co.uk)

Here we call 'iKraft Limited' as 'Website Maintenance Company .co.uk'

1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all services provided by Website Maintenance Company .co.uk
2. The client is obliged to obtain any necessary permissions and consents which may be required by the law before the commencement of the services. The client need to ensure the contents/images/idea/concepts/business are legal.
3. The client will provide the content and images if any before the commencement of the project and will stay in touch with Website Maintenance Company .co.uk throughout the project.
4. Any images purchased by Website Maintenance Company .co.uk for the use in Clients website should not be used by the client for any other purpose. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk is not liable for any misuse of the images by the client.
5. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk is not responsible for anything affecting the business of the client including the sales or profitability that might be claimed is a result of a service offered by Website Maintenance Company .co.uk
6. The management and hosting of the domain name are the full responsibility of the Client.
7. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk will start working on the maintenance project once the first month payment done by the client.
8. The client is liable to make the payment first week of every month. The invoice will be sent in the e-mail provided by the client. Any change of email will be informed to Website Maintenance Company .co.uk by the client. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk shall be entitled to charge interest on overdue amount from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 4% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England.
9. There is minimum 3 months contract for all the packages.
10. Client can not carry forward the hours to next month.
11. Bronze package = We will work maximum 15 hours for a month on this package.
    Silver Package = We will work maximum 30 hours for a month on this package.
    Gold Package = We will work maximum 45 hours for a month on this package.
12. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk holds no responsibility for the content and images of Clients websites. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk doesn't verify the contents, images in the clients website
13. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk will discuss with the client about the provider for the hosting of the website and choose the . Website Maintenance Company .co.uk is not responsible for any virus attacks, hacks or server being down in the server/hosting provider where the website is being hosted. It is the responsibility of the client to renew the domain name and hosting
14. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk will provide the Client with an expected completion date for the Project. Website Maintenance Company .co.uk will do its best to meet the given deadline, but do not guarantee and are not bound in any way to complete the Project by this date.
